generated code doesn't work with python 2.6 #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?

subversion ctypes bindings use ctypesgen. Unfortunately according to dev@ 
member ctypesgen doesn't work with python 2.6:

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This issue was fixed in r69 and r70.
