How long does a player take to make a decision/move
How long does a game take to finish relative to the number of moves or other factors like board size
Plot win rate or such of players over playing X games to see if there is an edge or one player is better than the other/quantify how much better one is vs the other

Possibly install package in a notebook and run there, so analysis/plots might look nicer

Mostly there in https://github.com/poplav/go_implementation/tree/master/resources/notebooks Will close this issue for now and recreate if there is something more specific to enhance.
