Puts [sfload] under control objects
Puts [pd.link~] under signal objects
Output total object count when cmake is ran
Fixed potential linker bug with ffmpeg
Also cache Linux and macOS Github actions builds, since builds no longer have to wait for all to be completed. Those will now complete in around a minute!
Remove part of Opus that is triggering those annoying dependabot notifications
