Find benchmark count datasets #14

We need to gather a wide array of count datasets to run experiments on to demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed count regression methods. These should include:

That's for sure a candidate! Let's just keep track of the links in this issue for now -- don't want to put massive datasets in the repo.

recount3: RNA-seq gene, exon, and exon-exon junction counts exon junctions have to do with NMD which is a biological mechanism in mammals as a global regulator of gene expression.
