According to the MIDINES website 
(http://www.wayfar.net/0xf00000_midi_chart.php), it
uses MIDI CC's 01-16.

Maybe these are already implemented and I wasnt able to figure out how to use 
them? 
I know a few of them are already there in NT 0.4 (like volume controls and note
on/off), but if the rest were there it would be amazing!
