Homework 2: Backend (PHP, SQL, Django)

Problem 1.) Please see "SQL_readme.md" for SQL queries needed to populate database.
Problem 2.) Django implementation is not finished. Please see what has been done by running "python manage.py runserver."

Silvia: Contributed absolutely nothing.
Andrew: -Created Git Repo. -Created the Django app by running "startproject.py" and pushed it to github. -Attempt at Debugging the Django Code
Wilson: -Entirety of LAMP implementation. -All files and code written in unsuccessful Django implementation.
