Describe the bug re4r crashing after logos when HDR is turned on and using dinput8.dll patch

Identify the REFramework version both 1.5.4 and latest nightly suffered

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

install dinput8.dll
turn on hdr
launch game
crash
happens in both fullscreen / windowed

Desktop and VR (please complete the following information):

Win11
7800xt
5800x3d
