Left handed mode for weapons #121

Have asked around on the discord and there doesn't seem to be an option for left handed weapons, for those of us who are left handed shooters it makes gameplay incredibly awkward.

That's not only a matter of comfort, it's also a matter of accessiblity. I'm an impaired person who can use ONLY left hand to aim and shoot. So please please please, if possible implement left handed weapons to the framework. Thanks a lot!

I would like to add that the stick functions should be swapped for left handed mode as well, or hopefully the ability to change them ourselves.
