RE2 does not launch using v1.5.2 on Xbox Game Pass PC

Describe the bug If dinput8.dll is placed in the game directory, the game crashes on launch giving the Error Code 0xc0000142.

Upload logs and any crash dumps No such files exist in the game directory.

Identify the REFramework version v1.5.2

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install RE2 from the Xbox App
2. Place dinput8.dll in the game directory
3. Launch the game
4. See the crash with Error Code 0xc0000142

Expected behavior The game launch as normal.

Additional context No other mod installed. If dinput8.dll is removed the game launches as normal.
