In pull request #290 was introduced the hydrogenate_add_missing_heavy_atoms feature, which, when enabled, expands the hydrogenate() functions to supply any heavy atoms of residues that may be missing from the PDB model.
The purpose of this issue is to determine whether missing heavy atoms significantly affect the coupling of G proteins to receptors. Does leaving this feature inactivated negatively impact the quality of the results of coupling?
