harmonize output in descriptive plot for version, cf SR, HA and LF

cf #25 : do it for balanced data (i.e. used in the LF and HA model) and for unbalanced data (i.e. not used in the LF and HA models)

update functions: delete all data_version argument
- plot.data_agro

create new function to plot data_agro_version
- plot.data_agro_SR
- plot.data_agro_HA
- plot.data_agro_LF
update model following new RData
- model_home_away
- model_local_foreign
