This graphs does not seem useful.

It gives information regarding germplasm effect and germplasm component of the interaction effect in order to look for high germplasm effect and low interaction.

This is very close to the GGE model which study G + GE (cf which won where plot)

It seems not very coherent to look at it through the AMMI model.

To study G and GE, use GGE model
