Rename model 2 to FWH and find name for model 1 #54

Done in v0.23

with bh = bayesian_hierarchical :

model_1 -> model_bh_intra_location
model_2 -> model_bh_GxE
GxE -> model_GxE
spatial -> model_spatial
model_variance_intra -> model_bh_variance_intra

Plus update function name + Rd + vignette
