get.ggplot: chose x.axis and in.col #34

x.axis, in.col could be a factor present in the data set and not only year, germplasm and person

do a vector in argument? vec_fator = c(g, p, y )

warning if it is not in the colnames or not a factor

useful for example to have mixture/component for in.col
