Circles do not appear when viewing the rendering through Firefox.

Tested on Linux: Firefox 54.0 (64-bit) Chrome Version 59.0.3071.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Fixed. Issue was because I was setting an SVG circle radius attribute in CSS, but it is not CSS.
