Remove notebooks and earlier experiments from the Git history #39

We don't want to keep these hanging around, as the project grows we would like a clean history. In particular I had at one point checked in 23MB of something related to povray. Users of this repo should not be subjected to that.

Perhaps make a gen-archive repository to store them in, for reference.

I'm also fine starting the Gen.jl history from scratch (so that this appears to be the initial state), and adhering to stricter policies on this repo from this point forward. The policy is: no experiments in Gen.jl repository---experiments go in gen-examples.
