Breaking change:

• Renamed duniform to uniform_discrete to be more explicit and match existing probabilistic programming nomenclature (http://probcomp.csail.mit.edu/venture/latest/reference/modeling.html#uniform_discrete)

Other changes:

• Separated primitives into separate files in both src/ and test/ (each primitive gets its own source file and its own test file)
• Added CRP and Normal inverse gamma (NIGN) primitives and tests for both
• Modified UniformDiscrete to accept Int parameters for lower and upper bounds intead of Int64.
