The readable format is nice, but it makes each message many lines long... how about another option for a concise print, which only includes the payload.

Done, I called the option --payload-only (-po for short). If present, the print is only the sending application, the routing key, and the payload of the received message. If not present, the print includes all components of the AMQP message.
