4 years ago (RFC meta comment - is there a way for others to commit grammar/spelling corrections - they add noise in the PR file viewer) ?
Suggestions feel appropriate for this purpose. As an RFC author, I don't want to deal with the conflicts that will be created by other people making changes directly. Conflicts in prose are harder to resolve than code.
If you toggle the view to rich diff for the file, it will hide the comments so you can focus on the content of the RFC.
