Highlighting:

• number of events held
• number of new PL Research teammates
• number of papers published by researchers?
• General mention of collaborations such as advisorships

Year to come:

• Planned events if resources have been made public
• Possibly highlight additional considerations w/grant applications (stricter review process)
• highlight repo, website, social media for updates

I did have the plan to do a yearly round-up email for NG as I've been unable (time-wise) to do the quarterly updates, so I can use some of this for a yearly round-up email which will most likely in January once I have some current priorities out of the way.

Content has been increased and there is planned upcoming content. Removing as this was a backup post, or filler if there continued to be a lack of activity.

@liam-ohagan I do have some resources gathered if there's anything you'd want to add to the NG year in review newsletter but that's 100% your call
