Updated version of whitepaper (format change) #660

@jsoares haven't replaced files through the GH web interface before ... is there an elegant option or should I make a PR where I just delete file and upload new version with same name?

@jsoares @asilinphoto bumping this, trying to update paper with IE_Whitepaper_v3.pdf

Apologies! I see this is solved now but I suppose that if you upload a file with the same name as the one already in the folder, it might just replace it. Otherwise, there's no explicit support for atomic overwrite in GitHub, so you might indeed need to delete and upload -- or use a desktop client.
