Error install the nuget package

When trying to install the nuget package for version 1.2.32 I get the following error:

Failed to add reference to 'wkhtmltox0'.
Please make sure that the file is accessible, and that it is a valid assembly or COM component.

Visual Studio 2019 Net 4.6 Vb.Net Project
