Specify labels of graph by parameter #13

Currently the names of the plots are hard coded to Dresden. If you want to add other datasets you end up with wrong labels so I added data for saxony and added the possibility to specify labels for German and English

Thanks for this contribution. Could you please identify the source of the data? I’ll think of a way to add this.

The source of the data is: https://coronavirus.sachsen.de. I crawl/wget the page everyday and build this dashboard with the data: https://danielgerber.eu/2020/03/22/corona-zahlen-in-sachsen/
