Not sure if a historical view of this data is possible. Need to contact Contact: James Daniell (@JamesEDaniell on Twitter) or via the Risklayer Website; and Johannes Brand (@JohannesBrand98). For now, this website "scrapes" dresden.de (see #6 ) and/or coronavirus.sachsen.de (see #10)
