Steps to reproduce?

Build break after upgrading upload-artifact action from v3 to v4.

Failed to CreateArtifact: Received non-retryable error: Failed request: (409) Conflict: an artifact with this name already exists on the workflow run

Change in v4 is intentional, but it breaks usage, see bug report

Reverting to v3 until a solution is implemented.
