Alert When a Request is over the current balance #367

This does not stop the form from being saved and does not take into account vacation that could be earned.

This was brought up again. There was hope that the system would check sick and not allow a sick request to be issued if it would take someone into a negative balance. "Is there validation for requesting absences that you have 0 balance for? Not yet. But, they can see their balance is 0. Currently, running a negative balance review in the absence management system. This would be helpful so the AAs don’t have to make adjustments in the HR system. "
