Adopt rich for rich text formatted output with standard logging module #21

Rich is great for rich text logging to both stdout and file. The file logging will be new since we never had support for it before.

[x] Add rich and PyYAML dependencies
[x] Add rich logging to scraper
[x] Add rich logging to poster
[x] Use rich.prompt that provides prompt support in poster.
