We have primarily used ARKs through DataSpace. With the minting of DOIs available through PDC, it will become important to include this in the E-Link metadata to ensure DOE/OSTI does not mint a new DOI. We'll have to think of how ARKs are handled in this case as some datasets do not have a DOI. It might make sense to mint a DOI for those.
