In the past DataSpace had very long text describing funding. Now, we have more descriptive metadata that we can use. I noticed an issue for: https://datacommons.princeton.edu/describe/works/78
The funding is "FES-ERCAPm499"
Instead of only considering upper-case, we will use it the entirety. We will need to handle empty cases that often have "N/A" specified.
