Remove DataSpace support

Now that we have successfully submitted the metadata to DOE using PDC, we are in a safe situation to remove support for DataSpace API.

The following needs to occur:

• [x] The GitHub Action needs to be updated to remove any call involving dspace
• [x] Common variables that involve DataSpace needs to be removed from __init__.py
• [x] DataSpace metadata in data folder can be removed
• [x] commons module
  • [x] get_ark needs to be simplified for source or removed
  • [x] get_dc_value needs to be removed
  • [x] get_description needs to be simplified for source
  • [x] get_is_referenced_by needs to be simplified for source
  • [x] get_keywords needs to be simplified for source
• [x] scraper module
  • [x] Remove calls to DataSpace variables that are imported
  • [x] Remove all variables for DataSpace
  • [x] Remove unused regex queries
  • [x] Remove Scraper.princeton_source
  • [x] Simplify Scraper.get_princeton_metadata method
  • [x] Simplify Scraper.generate_contract_entry_form method
  • [x] Simplify Scraper.get_handle
  • [x] Simplify main function
  • [x] Simplify get_funder function
• [x] poster module
  • [x] Remove Poster.princeton_source
