Explore Page needs a display #135

This will showcase the most current entries for each of the content types that explore represents (Publications, Digital Humanities and Projects, Online Collections, Exhibitions, For Kids, etc.). Each record needs to display the image title and short description. Perhaps prioritize most recent addition?

This is pretty much done with one caveat. The Topics page was a Page View, not a "Menu Page" content type like the other options, so there was no option to upload a "Cover Image" that would represent it in the image grid. I made it a Menu Page, and copied all the Page display info (including glossary mode) into a Content Pane display. All is working as expected, but now no matter what I do, the letter links still point to the Page view. I've masked the problem pretty well, so most people will not notice, but if you are logged in, you'll notice that you can't edit the page after clicking one of the letter links. Anyway, closing it for now and opening a separate bug issue that will be dealt with later.
