[BUG]: Global compiler profile doesn't include requirements list. #41

Describe the bug Global compiler profile doesn't include requirements which results in an error.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Generate the isolated gamemode.
  2. Configure compiler (global profile).
  3. Use the pulse build.
  4. See error
