[BUG]: Not specifying output folder results in an error. #42

Describe the bug Upon executing pulse run if the output key of pulse.toml is not in format folder\\file.amx it results in the error.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run pulse.ensure with incorrect format.

Expected behavior It should build the file no matter what is specified.
