[BUG]: Not having output built gives a traceback. #54

Describe the bug If you're trying to use pulse run with having no output compiled, it gives a traceback.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Simply run pulse run with no output compiled it gives the traceback
