Make requirements optional and fix build on Linux

Users should be able to build the project without adding any additional requirements
You have to specify where to find the libpawnc.so, so Linux can find it without using ldconfig by users themselves.

I haven't tested this code on Windows. I don't think it should cause any problems but I can't be sure.
