[BUG]: Dumping a stroke with command `stroke` doesn't dump the log if the 'stroke' power is false. #92

Describe the bug When you disable dumping strokes via pulse configure they should normally be dumped with command stroke anyways.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run pulse stroke while stroke is set to false

Expected behavior It should dump the stroke log anyways.
