Summary

This commit tests against the ability to send Puppet facts to Splunk.

Detailed Description

spec/acceptance/class_spec.rb

Added test for Puppet facts.

spec/spec_helper_acceptance_local.rb

Ensure fact configuration is set in the manifest.
