Add a "Puppy Reviews" section below "Puppy Sites"

There are lots of nice reviews online singing the praises of Puppy Linux.

Let's stick to informative reviews of recent Pups, with nice screen shots, etc.

But even some of the older reviews are still relevant, as they tour the same old JWM desktop, use the same programs we still have now, etc.

I came to Puppy linux primarily via the reviews (well, what else) - but only 2 were enough for me (compared to 10s of places for other distros like LM or Pop OS etc). One of them was new, but other was very trusted source (& the final conversion factor). So, here i am.
