New App Emissary reports based on Zap reports in 2.11

Integrate new Zap reports

• [x] Add optional reports filter to schemas
• [x] Delete stale job files

We tried using setfacl in the userData of the EC2 instances to set ACLs recursively, but it doesn't work on nested files, so we ended up having to chmodr in app-scanner code.
