Add Elaia to supporter section #31

Thanks to their recent support, we need to add Elaia to the section, "Qui nous soutient ?"

Reminder : to not forget to add an alternative Desc to the logo in the html ;)

The description could be

"Qui nous soutient humainement et financièrement via leur fond de dotation"
