Some fixes discovered and fixed during SEACON 2018

Deployments are not added multiple times anymore due to @PostConstruct, events, and reset procedure
Make it work to compile/run/debug in IntelliJ IDEA 2018
Ignore Eclipse project/generated files

Code duplication in KubernetesCluster and OpenShiftCluster was noted but not removed
