Moves creation of E-Mail Content out of the use case
Adds NotificationContent DTO object used by...
...newly implemented use case, that collects the information for each project and subscriber, which samples have been updated

tests are not working yet due to the pom not being set up correctly (we think), but feedback is appreciated!

notification tests now work, there are some problems with the other use case tests, but I'm not sure this is needed anymore, anyway
