Remove the contact for failing QC #16

The process in the lab was clarified and it is not wished to provide a contact email for the email recipient. The person will be contacted by the Lab or the PM.

What needs to be done? Therefore, remove the link from of the contact for failing QC samples in the email template. It should be replaced with a short info for the user that someone will come back to them. Something like: We will come back to you as soon as possible
