[WIP] Simplify and focus docsite landing page

This PR removes a lot of the extra information on the landing page that wasn't really helping anyone. It was too much and the user would not benefit from all the different document descriptions.

Instead, what we need to do is have a simple entry point that guides the user through the docsite. This PR starts work around this process.

What's New:

• Focused the landing on two beginner actions: 1) No code Quickstart via cloud + dashboard or 2) Docker Quickstart via SDKs. You will see that I removed local mode. I think we should promote it, but only when we are talking about python SDK.
• Secondary action is to click on the cloud banner and get a free API key.
• Third action is to checkout the table of 9 standout features.

IMO, this page shouldn't have anything else. It should divide the beginner users from those who already know about vector DBs and want to learn the difference.

TODO:

• [ ] I still need to create the entire cloud/webui tutorial. This will be a video on YouTube. When the user clicks on no code Quickstart, they should see the YT video and follow along.
• [ ] Fix all links.
• [ ] I also removed a few old pages at the bottom; I will reposition the FAQ and datasets when I finish this PR.
