Who is the fastest draw in the quantum west? Howdy partner! The idea of this project is to create a game that consists of a duel between two (potentially more) players that are given an initial and a final quantum state. The objective of the game is to build a circuit using Qiskit to achieve such a transformation. The first to achieve it wins!

Description

The game ideally should be to run online (or at least in a local network) with multiplayer characteristics. The goal of the game is to be fun and educative, to help people to understand how to use quantum gates to build circuits. If things go well we can add:

Several difficulty levels, varying the number of qubits and/or the complexity of the states.
More than two-player game modes: let's make the first quantum Battle Royal!
AI to play the game with reinforcement learning and maybe find efficient ways of drawing circuits.

Network engineer: we need someone who knows how to create a multiplayer environment to connect two players
User interface/graphics design: a nice looking game has more options to win than a command prompt based game.
Two software engineers: to create the core code of the game and help with the implementation: ideally but not necessarily with good Python and Qiskit knowledge.
