hi，i want to know if igor can create a new database based on the given fasta data？if it is possible,how to do？

Dear @fjptwenger and @yttyhhh , This question has already addressed several times in the documentation and in the issues, so I'll start with pointing you in there:

Documentation: see the Advanced Usage section
As for issues, I try to label user questions with the "question" label, you can access all the labeled issuesby filtering on this label (on open and closed issues) on the Issue tab. I thing issues #25 and #31 will provide you useful information
