I'm pretty sure I installed the IPA but the file is nowhere to be found. Not in the Purchased section nor the Mobile Applications directory.

Nvm, I removed the current version of the app in Mobile Applications dir, and the older version only now can appear there. Mission successful, thanks for the great guide
