Since the aim of Lair is to make managing and deploying apps as simple and easy as possible, it would be nice if it provided a well-designed and easy-to-use management console that showed instructions for how to create an app and provided an interface to start, stop, and delete existing apps.
Acceptance Criteria:
[ ] An app management page is served on domain.com:4444 and lair.domain.com
[ ] Page includes instructions for how to add SSH keys, configure a git remote, and push changes
[ ] Page provides a way for users to delete the app
[ ] Page provides a way for users to start/stop the app
[ ] Page provides a way for users to secure the management console with a password
[ ] There is a way for users to opt-out of this feature
