Tune pingdom alerts #59

Currently pingdom is sending a few false alerts. Please look into the history responses and see how we can tune our configurations better to reduce these false alarms. Use my credentials from slack.

It is mainly because sometimes BTC and BCH are taking more than 40 mins to produce a new block. Degraded threshold for BTC and BCH is 40 mins

What do you recommend as a degrade time?

Also check with public graphs for these times

The average time shown in the graphs is around 10 minutes for both

The stats show that sometimes it takes around 73 mins to produce a block. The failures that we are getting are also taking more or less the same time. Maybe we should increase the degraded threshold for BTC and BCH to 75 mins.
