The "Learn more..." under "Authoring Tools" could be improved #10247

Description

On the homepage at https://quarto.org, the "Authoring Tools" paragraph mentions "any text editor" and "Quarto visual markdown editor". I'd like to learn more about how to use those. But the "Learn more" link takes me to something else entirely, which is frustrating.

That probably should link to https://quarto.org/docs/get-started/ instead.

Ideally, we'd create an overview in https://quarto.org/docs/tools/, but the Get Started flow is probably enough.
